Application of a suitable mask to nourish and revitalize the skin.
Final treatment with day cream and eye contour to protect and illuminate.
Duration of treatment: 60 minutes.
Recommended frequency:
Initial phase: 3 treatments in 6 weeks, or one appointment every two weeks, for in-depth initiation.
Maintenance phase: then, one session per month to prolong the results, stabilize the benefits and maintain the radiance over time.Coming straight from ancestral Chinese medicine , Gua Sha is a self-massage tool intended primarily for the body, but widely used today on the face .
In Chinese, the term “Gua” means to scratch and “Sha” means disease .
In a nutshell, it's about massaging your skin to make it glow with health! The technique involves stimulating specific acupressure points to evacuate all bad energies, activate blood circulation, relieve joint and/or muscle pain, and perform lymphatic drainage gestures. All this with the help of an oil or serum to increase the effects of the product and facilitate movement.
The lymphatic system plays an important role in our health and well-being. However, unlike the blood system, which relies on the heartbeat to circulate blood throughout the body, the lymph sometimes has difficulty circulating fluids due to a lack of movement, for example.
Done repeatedly, Gua Sha will boost your lymphatic system, help eliminate toxins , and you'll notice a difference in your skin. A great reason to make Gua Sha part of your routine for good!Domestic concerns addressed
