Initial phase: 3 treatments in 6 weeks, or one appointment every two weeks, for in-depth initiation.

Maintenance phase: then, one session per month to prolong the results, stabilize the benefits and maintain the radiance over time.

Coming straight from ancestral Chinese medicine , Gua Sha is a self-massage tool intended primarily for the body, but widely used today on the face .

In Chinese, the term “Gua” means to scratch and “Sha” means disease .

In a nutshell, it's about massaging your skin to make it glow with health! The technique involves stimulating specific acupressure points to evacuate all bad energies, activate blood circulation, relieve joint and/or muscle pain, and perform lymphatic drainage gestures. All this with the help of an oil or serum to increase the effects of the product and facilitate movement.
